St Andrew’s staff are warm, kind and approachable and they have a wealth of experience. We have a very low level of staff turnover which reflects the love they have for the work they do at St Andrew’s. Our staff are invaluable and genuinely care.

Training and Qualifications
Every member of the team has an enhanced DBS check completed before they are given a start date.
They all receive extensive training, with refresher sessions available to all those already in situ.
The level of care provided is overseen by our Registered Manager, Debbie Hodgson, who has been with us for many years while our personnel, accounts, maintenance and domestic staff ensure the home is maintained to a very high standard.
All our care staff build meaningful and trusting relationships with our residents.
